The person making the referral (“Referrer”) will earn a $50 Mastercard Reward Card (“Reward Card”) for each individual or business referred (“Referred Person”) who registers for the offer, opens an eligible account and completes the Offer Requirements within the time specified in the offer. To make a referral, the Referrer must register for the program and share the offer with their friends, family, or co-workers. A Referrer may receive up to ten (10) Reward Cards (for a total up to $500 value) within a calendar year by registering and referring* friends or family who meet the Offer Requirements below. Only one Referrer may receive a Reward Card for each Referred Person who meets the Offer Requirements. The first Referrer that enters information for a Referred Person will be the eligible Referrer. The Referred Person may only receive one Reward Card for opening an account and completing the Offer Requirements but may also be eligible as a Referrer once their new account is opened.
Eligible Accounts:
The Reward Card is available on new TBK Bank AIM, Everyday, or Launch Personal Checking Accounts or TBK Bank Business Interest, Business, or Business Basic Business Checking Accounts (“Eligible Accounts”) that are opened as a result of a registered referral. Offer is only available on new Eligible Accounts. Converted accounts are not eligible for the Reward Card. All account applications subject to TBK Bank approval. Offer Requirements:
To earn the $50 Reward Card both the Referrer and Referred Person must register. The Referred Person must register by following the link provided in the referral email or via text or on social media, open a new Eligible Account, and meet the following requirements (“Offer Requirements”) within 60 calendar days of account opening:
Complete ten (10) debit card purchases** (excluding ATM transactions);
OR
Complete one (1) or more direct deposits*** totaling $500 or more.
**Includes point-of-sale debit card transactions. Debit Card purchases do not always post to your account the same day you use your card or authorize a purchase. “Pending” transactions are not counted.
***Qualifying ACH direct deposit includes electronic direct deposits of a paycheck, pension payment, social security payment or other government benefits payment deposited into the Eligible Account from an employer, a government agency or other similar third-party organization. Deposits made by teller/ATM/mobile deposits, wire transfers, transfers between TBK Bank accounts, external transfers from other accounts at other financial institutions, or Peer to Peer (e.g., Zelle, Venmo) transfers do not qualify.
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks after all offer requirements have been met for Reward Card to be mailed to both the Referrer and Referred Person. Reward cards are subject to the Terms and Conditions delivered with the card, including limitations on types of transactions for which the reward card may be used. Reward cards may be reported as income to the IRS. Offer effective 11/13/2024 and is subject to change at any time without notice. Not valid with any other product offers.
*The Referrer authorizes the sending of communications to each Referred Person. The email may not be recovered if the person has “opted out” of marketing material from TBK Bank or ReferLive. Each person who registers at ReferLive authorizes future communications including emails regarding the program unless they “opt out” by making an election at ReferLive or within such email. The Referrer acknowledges that a Reward Card will be issued to the Referred Person after all Offer Requirements are met in the time frames provided. Reward Cards will be mailed to the addresses provided within the ReferLive registration system. Please ensure you keep your registration profile current.
