Peoples State Bank - Refer-A-Friend Checking Account Offer:

The person making the referral (Referrer) will earn a $50 Mastercard^® Reward Card for each individual referred (Referred Person) to Peoples State Bank who registers for the offer, opens a new Peoples State Bank personal checking account, and completes the offer requirements within the time specified in the offer. To make a referral, the Referrer must register for the program and share the offer with their friends, family, or coworkers. A Referrer can receive up to $500 in Mastercard Reward Cards per calendar year, but only one Referrer may receive a Mastercard Reward Card for each Referred Person who fulfills the requirements.

To earn a Mastercard Reward Card, the Referred Person must register by following the link provided in the referral email or on social media, open a new Peoples State Bank personal checking account, and meet the following requirements within 60 days of account opening:

Offer 1: $75 Mastercard Reward Card:

• Complete ten (10) or more debit card transactions (excluding ATM transactions)
• Have one (1) or more ACH direct deposits totaling $250

OR

Offer 2: $100 Mastercard Reward Card:

• Complete ten (10) or more debit card transactions (excluding ATM transactions)
• Have one (1) or more ACH direct deposits totaling $250
• Open a new savings account

The Referred Person may complete either Offer 1 or Offer 2 with the opening of a new personal checking account. If during the 60-day qualification period the referred new checking account holder also opens a new savings account, they will receive the $100 incentive. All offers are contingent on the new account holder meeting the requirements of the checking account offer. The new referred customer incentive total cannot exceed $100 as a referred customer.

The Referrer authorizes the sending of communications to each Referred Person. The email may not be recovered if the person has “opted out” of marketing material from Peoples State Bank or ReferLive. Each person who registers at ReferLive authorizes future communications including emails regarding the program unless they “opt out” by making an election at ReferLive or within such email. The Referred Person acknowledges that a Mastercard Reward Card will be issued to the Referrer after all conditions have been met in the time frames provided.

Existing Peoples State Bank personal checking account customers are not eligible. Existing Peoples State Bank personal savings or money market account customers are not eligible for Offer 2. Peoples State Bank employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. Minors under the age of eighteen (18) are not eligible. This offer cannot be combined with other offers and can be changed at any time without notice.

Please allow 4-6 weeks after completion of all requirements for delivery of the Mastercard Reward Card. The Mastercard Reward Cards are subject to Terms and Conditions delivered with the card. Rewards Cards may be reported as income to the IRS.
