Middlesex Savings Bank – Refer-A-Friend Checking Account Offer:

The person making the referral (Referrer) will earn a $50 Mastercard^® Reward Card for each individual referred (Referred Person) to Middlesex Savings Bank who registers for the offer, opens a new Middlesex Savings Bank Freedom Blue, Freedom Gold, or Freedom Platinum checking account, and completes the offer requirements within the time specified in the offer. To make a referral, the Referrer must register for the program and share the offer with their friends, family, or coworkers. A Referrer may receive up to ten (10) Mastercard Reward Cards ($500 value) within a calendar year, but only one Referrer may receive a Mastercard Reward Card for each Referred Person who fulfills the requirements.

To earn a $200 Mastercard Reward Card, the Referred Person must register by following the link provided in the referral email or on social media, open a new Middlesex Savings Bank Freedom Blue, Freedom Gold, or Freedom Platinum checking account, and meet the following requirements within 60 days of account opening:

• Complete eight (8) or more debit card transactions (ATM transactions excluded)

The Referrer authorizes the sending of communications to each Referred Person. The email may not be recovered if the person has “opted out” of marketing material from Middlesex Savings Bank or ReferLive. Each person who registers at ReferLive authorizes future communications including emails regarding the program unless they “opt out” by making an election at ReferLive or within such email. The Referred Person acknowledges that a Mastercard Reward Card will be issued to the Referrer after all conditions have been met in the time frames provided.

All accounts are subject to approval. Debit transactions must post and clear within the 60-day timeframe to be counted. To be eligible, the Referred Person must not have held a personal checking account at Middlesex Savings Bank within the 90 days prior to opening the new checking account regardless of whether an account was previously held individually or joint with others. Freedom Blue^® : Minimum of $1.00 to open account. Receive five rebates of non-Middlesex ATM surcharge fees per statement cycle with at least one direct deposit during the statement cycle. If account holder is under 26 years of age, direct deposit is not required to receive five ATM reimbursements.

Freedom Gold^®: Open your account with as little as $1.00. Monthly maintenance charge of $19 is waived if your combined balances are $10,000 or more. Combined balances are average monthly balances in all deposit accounts plus all outstanding portfolio loan balances. In addition, all non-Middlesex ATM surcharge fees will be reimbursed if your combined balances are $10,000 or more.

Freedom Platinum^®: Open your account with as little as $1.00. Monthly maintenance charge of $29 is waived if your combined balances are $50,000 or more. Combined balances are average monthly balances in all deposit accounts plus all outstanding portfolio loan balances. In addition, all non-Middlesex ATM surcharge fees will be reimbursed if your combined balances are $50,000 or more.
